Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% fee.
No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Late Arrivals: There’s a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond that may need to be rescheduled to avoid overlapping into the next guest’s time.
